under staffed funeral homes

I've been to several funerals where there is not enough help at the
service. This makes the funeral home staff as well as the business
itself look bad. I can't understand why the owners and managers of the
funeral home can't see this!

My understanding is that this situation is rather common at busy funeral
homes. After all, people are dying to get in.

I agree that people are dying to get in-Ha,Ha
but, there should be a standard or a goal to keep the business up to
snuff
Just because people are dying to get in, it doesn't mean that they will
be coming to you if your business pracices are poor.
