I couldn't find a group discussing Dexter, so I created one. Since
there are other groups called Dexter, do a search of Dexter on
Showtime. <shutter>

How many people enjoy this show? Showtime hyped it up quite a bit, and
since I was a fan of SFU, I tried watching this. I got up to the Popping
Cherry episode.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think this show isn't on par with a good
series that showtime or Hbo have released?

I think the idea of this show seems cool. I believe it was based on a book.
Maybe it just doesn't translate well to the screen.

The flashbacks of dexter as a kid are horrible. The attempts at humour ?
pretty bad.
the two characters from OZ, terrible in this and don't fit their parts. The
storyline is weak, not believable, and to sum it up...amateurish. It seems
the show was originally for network television.

This isn't anywhere close to the level of what I expect from a Showtime &
HBO show.
I'd be surprised if DEXTER lives for another season.
