In Memorian special

Finally got to see this 1-hour special yesterday.

Was happy no actor used the dreaded pretentious phrase "my craft". :)

OTOH, I wished they had talked more to Alan Ball and the team of writers
about the process of writing, where they got the ideas from, dialogue,
story arc decisions , etc... I always find that stuff fascinating.

Mind you, I could listen to Alan Ball discuss almost anything and find
it interesting. Hope HBO hooks up with him for a new series.

The S4 DVD are interesting. Lots of commentaries and last disk has couple
special features. The one with Costas is very good, but way too short!

IIRC, a recent interview mentioned AB has another TV series in the works
-- can't recall offhand if it's for HBO, though I'd imagine so.
