[Ruby Tuesday]

In one of the episodes I saw recently, it begins with some teenagers making
prank calls. One of them laughs real hard, falls off the bed, and dies.
She comes to the Fisher Funeral Home with a bizarre smiling face. I never
did get the cause of her death. Anyone know?

She snapped her neck when she hit the floor.
I seem to remember hearing the crunching noise of her neck snapping. Or
maybe I hallucinated the whole thing.

I honestly don't know. I assumed she died instantly from injuries sustained
either by landing on her head or possibly breaking her neck. I could be
quite wrong.
